The airline Norwegian’s loyalty programme – Reward – has increased its membership tally by more than a million since March last year, and recently passed the 5,000,000 members mark. To celebrate this milestone, the company ran an expansive campaign at the Nordic airports in December.
Kloss Hold Airport Media handled the campaign execution, organising everything from digital screens, boards and profiled areas, to promo-areas and on-site staff to generate maximum effect. At Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (CPH), we achieved total dominance on all the air-side screens and in the luggage collection hall, where Norwegian Reward was the exclusive advertiser every morning for three days in a row. This has never been achieved to such an extent at CPH.
