Merck, Sharp & Dohme is one of the leading pharmaceutical groups in the world. The company is a leader in the field of veterinary medicine in Norway. MSD Animal Health Norway is a key player in the area of animal health and welfare, and the group’s laboratory for the research and development of vaccines is based in Bergen.

We were commissioned to handle the strategic work to develop value and brand bases to reinforce the company’s position in the field of veterinary medicine in Norway. Further to this, we were entrusted with responsibility for the market launch of PD7 in Norway and PD3 in Ireland/Scotland – two revolutionary fish vaccines that make it possible to administer PD and multi-vaccines at the same time. Using one round of vaccinations rather than two naturally allows fish farming operations to halve their vaccination work, significantly reducing strain on both the fish and the workforce.
